Being able to access the site through another browser suggests the issue is with the software on my machine and not their server. Since I was able to finally find Internet Explorer (been so long I forgot the file name), I was able to login but I would greatly prefer to not have to do this. I still get this error when trying to login. I have tried: clearing the cookies and cache in Firefox, turning off Kaspersky and the also the secure connection, changing the Firefox Network setting to "auto detect proxy settings for this network" ( enable DNS for HTTPS was already enabled), entering the website as an exception for Kaspersky. Could this be an interaction issue between Kaspersky and Firefox? The website has a 2 page login and the second page which gets the password is the one giving the error. Later I declined to use Kaspersky protected window, and now when I try to get back to the same website to login the PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR occurs. It's a maven dependency of the project I'm installing where my tests sources are.I have the same problem with a website I was able to access this morning. I even added some chmod / chown to try and fix some permissions issues with firefox or geckodriver : RUN chown 1000 -R /usr/bin/geckodriver \Īnd finally the USER instruction to run the container as non-root USER 1000 & ln -fs /opt/geckodriver-$GK_VERSION /usr/bin/geckodriver \ Remove Firefox from your program's list of trusted or recognized programs.

& chmod 755 /opt/geckodriver-$GK_VERSION \ Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. & mv /opt/geckodriver /opt/geckodriver-$GK_VERSION \ if youre running the selenium script as www-data then you need to create the directory /var/www/.mozilla and. failed 1614691256343 Marionette DEBUG Accepted connection 0 from 127.0.0.1:40440 1614691256347 geckodriver::marionette DEBUG Connection to Marionette. & wget -no-verbose -O /tmp/ $GK_VERSION/geckodriver-v$GK_VERSION-linu圆4.tar.gz \ GFX1-: glxtest: Unable to open a connection to. & echo "Using GeckoDriver version: "$GK_VERSION \ RUN GK_VERSION=$(if then echo "0.31.0" else echo $GECKODRIVER_VERSION fi) \ & ln -fs /opt/firefox-$FIREFOX_VERSION/firefox /usr/bin/firefox & mv /opt/firefox /opt/firefox-$FIREFOX_VERSION \ When I try to execute AutoIT script, I get following er. & wget -no-verbose -O /tmp/2 $FIREFOX_DOWNLOAD_URL \ System Version: 0.29.1 Platform: Windows 10 Firefox: 91.0 Selenium: 3.141.59 Testcase Browser is unable to wait for exe file to be executed. & rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/* /var/cache/apt/* \

When running the container as non-root user (USER 1000), the driver fails to initialize : test01_WO_default_dashboard Time elapsed: 132.6 s (RemoteWebDriver.java:130)Īt .FirefoxDriver.(FirefoxDriver.java:125) When running that container as root, everything works fine. Thanks for contributing an answer to Software Quality Assurance & Testing Stack Exchange Please be sure to answer the question. I'm running selenium tests inside a docker container, with Firefox and Geckodriver.
